My child didn't get used to it right away, but it took about three days. I chose the size based on shoulder length. Be careful with the box! While opening and taking the pillow out, I cut myself on the box twice. The cuts were deep and took a long time to heal.

My review after 6 months of use.
1. This brand was new to us. The store looks luxurious. They offer a wide choice of sleep products. Even if you don't plan to buy anything yet, just go to see the store.
2. The staff was helpful in picking the right pillow and size.
3. My kid has been sleeping on memory foam pillows almost since he was 2. So he didn't have any adjustment period to memory foam.
4. No bad odor.
5. They offer a 2-year warranty if you buy a pillow protector. We decided not to buy it, as the kid is growing, so quite probably he will need a new pillow in 2 years. BUT 2 years of warranty sounds unbelievable for a pillow. Now, after 6 months of use, I can say that the store is really sure about quality of their goods as the pillow looks like new, it didn't deform or anything.
6. The cover of the pillow is white and comes with a pattern. So we don't use any pillowcase. And it is removable so you can wash it any time. Very convenient.
