Filing a claim
If you have any problems with Askona products, you can file a claim.
To file a claim, you need to:
1. Make a scan of the application;
2. Fill in the items:
- Full name;
- Email;
- Phone number;
3. Attach a photo of the application scan;
4. Attach photos of labels from products;
5. Attach a photo of the receipt;
6. Attach a photo of the alleged defects;
7. Attach a photo of the fiscal receipt.
Submit a claim for alleged defects for consideration by specialists of the complaints department. The period of consideration of the claim after receiving all the necessary materials will be 30 days. By filling in all the data, you confirm your consent to the terms of consideration of the claim (there should be a check mark). Such information should be mandatory.
