The Grether & Wells Rose pillow is specially designed for side sleepers. Its distinctive shape includes a shoulder recess that allows the shoulder to fit comfortably beneath the pillow, helping maintain proper head, neck, and spine alignment while sleeping.
The pillow's height of 17–18 cm is an intentional part of the design. Combined with the shoulder recess, it helps support a natural sleeping posture, promoting comfort and healthy spinal alignment throughout the night.
If you prefer a lower pillow, we recommend exploring other models that offer a lower profile while still providing adequate support for your sleeping position.

1. Use the included removable cover – The pillow comes with its own washable cover, so you can use it as-is and wash it whenever needed.
2. Use a standard pillowcase – A regular 50x70 cm pillowcase will fit this pillow just fine.
