I bought this for my mom (she's 66 and quite heavy, measuring 15 cm from neck to shoulder).
1. Height: perfect
2. Firmness: medium, very comfortable
3. Doesn't sag, stays the same shape as if it were just picked up from the store.
4. There's no cooling as such.
5. The 45x65 pillowcase fits perfectly.
So far, I'm very impressed, and I hope it lasts.

The pillow is moderately soft and holds its shape. Overall, I sleep fine. The synthetic pillowcase is cool. It's not even that it's cool, it just cools down faster than cotton, for example.

The most annoying thing is that I've been sleeping on this pillow for a couple of weeks now, and my neck still hurts in the mornings. It's not anatomically shaped, which is what I was hoping for.

Overall, it's not worth overpaying for a brand name. Get a similar pillow for less.
