It's a wierd thing. When choosing a pillow, I read that it alsways takes couple of days to get used to it. And it's true, during first nght I woke up more often than I usually do. BUT My neck and shoulders felt much better and I felt that I actually relaxed. No manufacturing smell. I recommend it, just give it some time.

I slept on it for several nights and can safely say that my pain has disappeared. The pillow adapts to the head and becomes comfortable to sleep on. The main thing is to choose the right firmness level, height, dimensions, etc.
