We bought it for a teenager son for several reasons:
1. It's cheap.
2. It's water-resistant (as mentionaed in the description).
Our kid sweats a lot. We had to buy a new pillow for him very often because of it, as they just got all messed and oily. All the sweat got through any pillow cases we bought. So I thought if I buy a cheap case that gets bad too quickly or won't be good, it's okay just to throw it away.
In the end, I bought one more. The protector actually protects the pillow. We haven't been changing the son's pillow for sevearl months already. I just wash and replace the protector.
I am very thankful I came across this store. And thanks to the manager, she called me back very fast after I left a callback request and explained the differences between the protectors they offer. And I didn't feel pushed to buy a more expensive case as all managers usually do.
